At krkmusic, we want to ensure your audio setup is perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all premium electronics and studio gear. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
